Do I have to send accessories of the device?

Following are the requirements of the devices we take:
* Mobile & tablets - device only.
* Laptop, MacBooks, smart watches - must include chargers.
* Consoles - must include genuine controllers & power cables.

How long is the online quote valid for?

All the quotes are valid for 7 days. After 7 days customers are required to place new order online or over the phone.

What happens if my device’s condition does not match with RelifeTech criteria?

Please contact our team. Our in-house staff is available between 10:00am-18:00pm. They can help you create a quote on the system. Customers then have a choice to go ahead or take time to decide.

My device/model is not listed on the website?

Will RelifeTech cover the postage charges?

RelifeTech will reimburse the postage charges paid by customers. we recommend our customers to use a reliable services, that can provide tracking details.
