How soon do I get paid after you have received my device in post?

You will be paid the same day after we have received your item in post.

What if the device works but is damaged?

Your device’s value will be recalculated. You will still be paid depending on its condition.

Do I have to send accessories of the device?

Following are the requirements of the devices we take:

  • Mobile & tablets - device only.
  • Laptop, MacBooks, smart watches - must include chargers.
  • Consoles - must include genuine controllers & power cables.

How long is the online quote valid for?

All the quotes are valid for 7 days. After 7 days customers are required to place new order online or over the phone.

What happens if my device’s condition does not match with RelifeTech criteria?

Please contact our team. Our in-house staff is available between 10:00am-19:00pm. They can help you create a quote on the system. Customers then have a choice to go ahead or take time to decide.

My device/model is not listed on the website?

Please contact our in-house team between 10:00am-19:00pm. Our dedicated team will be able to answers any questions you may have and help with creating quotes as well.

RelifeTech will reimburse the postage charges paid by customers. we recommend our customers to use a reliable services, that can provide tracking details.

  • Test the item before installation as screens are fragile.

      • Connect the new screen's flex cable to the motherboard cable of the test phone.
      • Power on the phone and begin testing.
      •  Keep protective films and tags intact and be mindful of static electricity.
  • Testing Results:
    • If the test is successful, proceed with installation.
    • If not, contact us immediately and avoid forceful installation. We are not liable for damage caused during or after installation.
  • Special tools and professional skills are highly recommended for installation.
