Relifetech Refund & Returns Policy

Retail Customers
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery or collection to do so.
Your item(s) must be:
- Unused and complete with all original components
- In its original packaging (with all tags and accessories included)
- In a resalable condition
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
- Returned with any free gifts or bundled items that came with the purchase
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Card payments: may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
- PayPal payments: may take up to 30 days to reflect.
If your item develops a fault, please refer to the warranty terms below.
Replacement Parts
All replacement parts come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated (see exclusions below).
- If a fault develops within 14 days of purchase — we’ll offer an exchange, replacement, or refund.
- If a fault develops after 14 days but within the warranty period — we’ll offer a replacement for the same or an equivalent product.
Please note: The warranty does not cover user damage, water damage, or damage caused during repair.
Exclusions:
- Samsung Service Pack Displays – 3-month warranty
- Consumables – No warranty after 14 days
New & Refurbished Devices
Refurbished Devices
All refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty.
If your device develops a fault within 14 days of delivery or collection, we’ll offer an exchange, replacement, or refund.
If the fault occurs after 14 days but within 12 months, we’ll offer a repair or replacement.
Warranty excludes:
- Cosmetic or deliberate damage (cracked screens, dents, scratches, port damage, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquids, fire, or other external factors
- Faults due to non-compliance with manufacturer instructions
- Devices modified or repaired without Relifetech’s written permission
- Devices with removed or defaced IMEI/serial numbers
- Normal battery capacity decline
New (SIM-Free) Devices
All new devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a fault arises within 14 days of delivery or collection, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. After 14 days, the warranty must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
All Other Products
Other products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a fault occurs within 14 days of delivery, you may return the item for a refund or replacement.
After this period, warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer.
Trade Customers
Trade customers have 30 days (or 14 days for new mobile phones) from delivery or collection to return items.
Items must be:
- Unused and complete with all original components
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned with any promotional or free items included
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within standard processing times.
Replacement Parts (Trade Customers)
- Standard Trade Customers: 6-month warranty on all parts (unless otherwise stated).
- Trade Plus Customers: Lifetime warranty on all parts (exclusions apply).
If a fault develops:
- Within 30 days: exchange, replacement, or refund offered.
- After 30 days but within warranty: replacement for the same or equivalent product.
Warranty exclusions:
- User or water damage
- Damage caused during repair
- Batteries – 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise)
- Samsung Service Pack Displays – 3-month warranty
- Consumables – No warranty after 14 days
New & Refurbished Phones (Trade Customers)
Refurbished Devices
12-month warranty applies.
If a fault arises within 30 days, we’ll exchange, replace, or refund.
After 30 days but within 12 months, a repair or replacement will be provided.
Warranty excludes:
- Cosmetic or intentional damage
- Liquid, fire, or accidental damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Removed/altered IMEI or serial numbers
- Normal battery wear
New (SIM-Free) Phones
All new phones are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a fault occurs within 14 days, you can return it for a full refund or replacement.
After 14 days, warranty support will be handled by the manufacturer.
All Other Products
Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Faults within 14 days qualify for a refund or replacement; beyond that, warranty claims must go through the manufacturer.
Repair Services
All repairs completed by Relifetech come with a 12-month warranty, covering the original part replaced and any recurrence of the same issue.
Exceptions:
- Water damage repairs – 1-month warranty
- Board-level repairs – 1-month warranty
Warranty does not cover damage from drops, impact, or liquid exposure after repair.
To validate your repair warranty, please ensure your device is reset to factory settings before sending it to us. If that’s not possible, please provide the passcode via email or include it in the package.
Repairs or testing cannot be performed unless the device is factory reset or an access code is provided.
If the device arrives with no power, we will attempt to charge it.
If unsuccessful, we’ll inform you and you can choose to:
- Proceed with the initial paid repair (no warranty will apply), or
Request a return for a refund, minus £11.60 to cover collection and return shipping costs.
